Dan Langhoff | In The Lite Electric

Daniel – Owner & Master Electrician

Dan started In The Lite in 2001 but has been in the electrical field for over 30 years. He is a certified Master Electrician and has extensive experience with both commercial and residential projects as well as telecommunications, lighting design, and smart home systems. Over the past 22 years, Dan has grown In The Lite into one of north-central Wisconsin’s premier electrical contractors. He is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality with a personal touch. Dan was born and raised in Merrill, WI and is still proud to call Merrill home along with his wife, Bonnie, and their four dogs. When Dan isn’t working, and for those of you who know him personally you know that isn’t very often, he can usually be found fishing!

Bonnie Langhoff

Bonnie – Owner & Office Administrator

Bonnie has a degree in Supervisory Management and administrates the In The Lite office. She handles all company finances and human resources. Bonnie worked as an office manager for an interior design company for 12 years and she is still interested in design. She designed the new In The Lite office, which was completed in 2016. Bonnie loves spending time with her four dogs Libby, Huxley, Jasmine and Charlie. She splits her free time between her family, dogs and Pinterest!

Justin – Project Manager & Journeyman Electrician

Justin always knew that he wanted to work in the construction industry and quickly fell in love with electrical. He has been with In The Lite for over 12 years and works in both the field and office overseeing jobs as project manager. Justin and his wife Brittney have three furry kids. He is an outdoor enthusiast at heart and enjoys all things hunting, fishing and camping. Justin had this to say about working at ITL: “Staying with In The Lite has been an easy choice. They are humble, caring, believe in quality work and best of all they treat me as a friend and asset not just a number.”

Ty – Journeyman Electrician

Ty has been with In The Lite for over 6 years. He completed his electrical apprenticeship with ABC of Wisconsin. Ty was born and raised in Merrill and still calls Merrill home. He enjoys hunting, snowboarding, hockey, baseball and is a big Packer fan. Ty also plays the guitar and has two golden retrievers. Dan and Bonnie have known Ty for over 20 years and were very happy to bring him on board!


Doug R.

Doug – Journeyman Electrician

Doug is a Journeyman Electrician with over 10 years of experience in the electrical field. He has a degree from UW-Lacrosse and completed the Law Enforcement Academy before deciding that it wasn’t the right fit for him. He and his wife, Larissa, have 2 children and he enjoys fishing, hunting and watching and playing sports. He can also be found cooking up some delicious BBQ on his charcoal grill! Doug says he enjoys the family culture at In The Lite and how everyone on the team is appreciated.


Josh K | In The Lite Electric

Josh –  Electrician

Josh graduated from Nicolet college with an associate degree in electro-mechanical technology and decided to pursue a career in electrical because the industry is very interesting and always changing. Josh enjoys agate hunting with friends and family and also going on fishing and hunting trips. He has 2 dogs and is part of a group that sings traditional American Indian songs during ceremonial functions. Josh says he is excited to learn and is especially interested in keeping up with the latest industry trends including smart home technology.


Shannon –  Electrician

Shannon moved to Wisconsin from Utah and now lives here with his wife Naomi, their dog, Ellie, and cat, Kaylee. Shannon enjoys gardening and camping and has been to all 5 state parks in Utah. Shannon said he chose a career in electrical because it is interesting and he chose In The Lite because it’s a great company. Shannon and his wife recently welcomed their first child.


Cameron –  Electrician

Cameron comes from a family of 6 and has 4 pet dogs. He enjoys weight lifting and trout fishing and one unique thing about him is that he has a twin sister. He decided to start his apprenticeship with In The Lite because he enjoys hands on work and after doing a little electrical work he was hooked!


Sasha – Communication Director

Sasha graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point with a double major in communication (public relations emphasis) and arts management. She has previously lived in Los Angeles and worked in London at an international public relations firm. Sasha handles all marketing, advertising, public relations and event planning. Sasha is married and she and her husband have two sons and four furry children. She is the also the reigning Mrs. Wisconsin America 2022!

Brittney Petroske2

Brittney – Home Automation Specialist & Operations Manager

Brittney handles everything to do with our smart home systems and oversees day to day operations in the office to keep everything running smoothly. She is married to Justin (a fellow ITL employee) and they have three fur babies and enjoy spending their free time camping, hiking and boating. She is a photographer and has an absolutely beautiful singing voice! “I was already part of the family and was blessed enough to be asked to join the ITL family too.”

Liz – Administrative Assistant

Liz has a bachelor’s degree in Wildlife Ecology and Biology and has 5 pets including 4 cats and 1 dog. Liz and her husband Josh, a fellow ITL employee, enjoy being outside when the weather is nice and like to go to Michigan and look for rocks on the beaches of the U.P. She also enjoys kayaking, hiking, and trying to I.D. native plants she learned about in college. If you call the office or stop in, chances are Liz will be who greets you! When asked about why she chose a career with ITL she said, “I like the people I work with in the office, and I like working for a company where they know everyone by name. They treat employees like they are part of their family.”
